You’ll need some help at first so let’s get started. In order to reach your customer you’re going to have to understand your target market. To target customers in that market select a niche and gain in that market by targeting a specific customer. Try to narrow down what exactly your customer is looking for using popular descriptions, size, color, etc and be specific.

1. The first thing you need to do is pick a unique niche. A good way to approach this is to pick a niche you know a lot about. You’ll be able to work faster because you won’t have to research a lot, since you know a lot of information already.

Another great way to start niche marketing is to find a problem to solve. If you can find a problem to solve, then you’ll be able to help those searching to have their problem solved. They’ll buy your product your promote, and you make money!

2. Be sure to test the competition. Do a Google search for the keyword phrase you want to target, and see who the #1-#5 people are. These are who you need to beat. If they are huge, national or global brand names, you may want to pick a different keyword phrase to target.

3. Try to speak in terms your visitors will understand and can vibe with so to speak. If you’re trying to market hip hop CDs to hip hop fans make sure you’re using the proper lingo. You have to make sure your readers believe you’re an expert on the subject or have an idea what you’re talking about.

Make sure you do your research on your topic unless you’re already an expert. If your content doesn’t appeal to your readers it’s going to hurt you tremendously. All it takes is a few poorly written paragraphs to lose most visitors. Take a look at what your competition is using and compare it to what you’re already using or planning on using.
